Services can be defined as webpage content (see below) or as part of a customized Booking system that allows you to manage your appointments, staff working hours, payment methods, and more.

Each service is defined separately to the Booking system.  Describe your service in detail, then use the numerous options to set the duration, price, payment options, and location.

​Appointment Schedule

You can allow customers to book services directly online, have them contact you or have a mixture of both.

Staff members are assigned to the services that apply to them with individual appointment calendars for each person.

​

Appointments can be at your business location, the client's location, or online via Zoom.  You can also set a custom location for each service.

Duration

Durations are highly flexible, with time lengths from 1 minute to 99 hours available. Set the duration by the type of service, or customize it by appointment.  Buffer time can be added between appointments to allow for administrative work, clean up, or set up, and allow for easy schedule management.  Durations can also vary by each staff member.

Payments

There are different payment options available: online, in person, or a combination of both.  You can also request an initial deposit for any service.  Online payment options include major credit cards and PayPal.
